Case Diary & Record Maintenance
- Maintains Daily Case Diaries, recording Case Stages, Hearing Dates, and Developments.
- Assists in organizing and maintaining Case Files and Legal Records systematically.
Drafting & Legal Research
- Assists in drafting Petitions, Affidavits, Applications, and Legal Notices under supervision.
- Conducts Legal Research and Case Law Analysis, preparing Summaries of Relevant Judgments.
Client Interaction Support
- Assists in Basic Client Coordination and Documentation Collection.
- Observes Client Counselling Sessions to understand Professional Communication, Ethics, and Client Handling.
